Breakrough Entertainment to Produce Six Part Crime Series Hollywood Homicide Uncovered for REELZ

NEW YORK/TORONTO (August 8, 2016) - Breakthrough Entertainment, a leading Canadian studio today announced a production deal with U.S. cable and satellite television network REELZ to produce documentary crime series Hollywood Homicide Uncovered for the network's 2016 fall lineup. The deal, which includes broadcast and streaming rights, was led by Breakthrough's New York based senior executive Beth Fraikorn, Head of Alternative Content U.S.A.

Hollywood Homicide Uncovered relives the intense stories of horrific homicides where a celebrity is at the center of the crime. Each episode uncovers key information and clues showing viewers the case through dramatic recreations and adding details and insight from crime experts and individuals with a direct and personal relationship to the crime. Episode subjects include Robert Blake, Phil Spector, OJ Simpson, Dorothy Stratten, Tupac Shakur and Phil Hartman.
