The Artists' Colouring Book of ABC
26 established international artists have been invited by Humpty Dumpty Publishing and Alteria Art to design an artwork, each representing one letter of the alphabet. It is the first time that the reputable contemporary art world figures including Alex Katz, Joseph Kosuth, Paula Rego, Tracey Emin, Grayson Perry, Marc Quinn, Gavin Turk, Gary Hume and Mat Collishaw have all collaborated on one venture and each of them have taken the opportunity to interpret their given letters in spirited and unusual ways.
The original artworks are to be auctioned off with all proceeds from the sale donated to Kids Company on 12th December. You can view the artworks beforehand and place absentee bids at Sotheby's 34-35 New Bond Street.
