Platform Updates There are a bunch of new features within the Signiant Platform!

Media Engine Indexing Status - IT Administrators with access to the Signiant Console can now see the status of Media Engine Indexing processes associated with storage profiles. This information, displayed on the Storage Profiles page, will help administrators understand whether indexing is completed, still in progress, or if there is an issue that needs to be addressed. Jet View Only - Customers can now create users with only view-access to Jet Job information including routes and job statuses. These users can be external partners who need to monitor the status for their own workflows. Admins can control what job each user will see allowing for complete control and visibility. Learn More.

Jet Open in Media Engine - Jet users can now view transferred files in Media Engine via the Completed tab in Jet Job Details to easily verify content on delivery. Learn More.

In light of a few industry security incidents, the Trusted Partner Network (TPN) sent a good reminder to enable Multi-Factor Authentication to safeguard your files, in regards to remote access and authorization. MFA is included with all Signiant SaaS products and can be enabled natively on the Signiant Platform or via your organization's SSO system.
