Presenter, Adam Liaw, says This season of The Cook Up might just be the most fun I've ever had in the kitchen. We have an amazing suite of guests bringing us food that is more practical, more delicious and more exciting than we've ever seen. They say you are what you eat, but I think you can tell even more about a person by what they choose to cook!
Emily Griggs, SBS Head of Food, says The Cook Up is a culinary hug from start to finish. With over 250 new recipes and fantastic new themes including living on the veg, garlic crush, and sustainable feasts, this season is sure to inspire some new home recipe favourites while learning more about the incredible star-studded line up of guests.
