Luxembourg, January 30th 2014 - Sisvel International SA is pleased to announce the appointment of Karel van Lelyveld as the new CEO of the Sisvel Group.Karel van Lelyveld, graduated from law school and for many years was the General Counsel of Philips Consumer Electronics. Further, he was co-founder of MPEG LA and its first Chairman. In recent years he has been a valued advisor to the Board of Sisvel.
Karel van Lelyveld, a Dutch national, has been appointed as CEO as of January 1, 2014.

Since I founded this Company over thirty years ago, Sisvel has been entrusted by several technology leaders to manage their IP assets to create value.
