WeVideo, a leading cloud-based video creation platform, worked with Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. to demo real 8K video creation and collaboration on the new flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 5G Mobile Platform at the annual Snapdragon Tech Summit in Maui on December 4th. The worldwide unveiling of the all-new Snapdragon 865 5G Mobile Platform wowed tech leaders, media outlets and Qualcomm Technologies' partners.
Snapdragon 865 is expected to start showing up in devices in the first quarter of 2020. This technology will help scale 5G and AI and provide brand-new camera features and capabilities. Content creators will be able to capture incredible 8K video, snap massive 200-megapixel photos and slow things down to record video at 960 fps.
