Arnold Schwarzenegger has let slip that there might be a sequel to The Running Man in the works. Either that or he's hoping to will one into existence.
The 67-year-old actor and former Governor; remember that? said as much at a Q&A in London recently.
Speaking about reprising the role of Conan the Barbarian, as he's set to do, Schwarzenegger said, It's an honour to be asked back after all these years, back to the franchise. This is really wild.
He followed it up, They're doing a Twins sequel, to be called Triplets. I've read the first draft . There's rumblings of a new Running Man movie, so it's a great honour to be asked back.
He'll, of course, next be seen reprising his most famous role: that of The Terminator in Terminator: Genisys.
Arnie says he's still in great shape, doing cardiovascular training every day.
In case you've not picked up on these hints yet, he is very happy to be acting again.
Genisys hits cinemas July 2015.
