Chaos Groups Iavor Trifonov had exciting news for the Cinema 4D community at the Cinema 4D SuperMeet in Frankfurt: Beginning immediately, Chaos Group will be developing the Cinema 4D integration of the Oscar Award-winning render engine V-Ray in-house.
All current V-Ray for Cinema 4D users can update to the new version 3.7 for free through March 15, 2018. Detailed information on how to update is available at the Chaos Group website.
Iavor also announced the Beta 2 version of the integration of the Corona renderer, which is often used for visualizations. Improvements include the Material Node editor, new shaders and improved Bokeh effects. The new beta version is available immediately for download.
