Surestream RDC Sarl formed in DRC Today Surestream RDC Sarl formed as a wholly owned subsidiary of Surestream Petroleum Limited. The new subsidiary was formed as part of the PSA commitments to hold the interests and the operatorship in the two PSA's that were decreed by the President of DRC on 2 February 2006. Surestream Petroleum, over the following days will carry out the necessary procedure to transfer all its rights and obligations on the PSA's to its wholly owned subsidiary Surestream RDC Sarl. Surestream RDC Sarl's main office is located on 13, Avenue Kauka, Gombe, Kinshasa, RDC.Surestream Petroleum is an independent, UK-based, oil exploration company that was founded in September 2004 with the aim to build a balanced and diversified portfolio of African hydrocarbon assets. Surestream is a financially sound, private company that is currently held by a number of private and institutional investors. Our strategy is to acquire significant equity stakes in prospective developing areas in Africa where there are proven petroleum systems.
