Santa and Dolphin, de Carlos Lechuga (Cuba), ha resultado ganador del XI Premio SGAE de Gui n Julio Alejandro, que convoca la Fundaci n SGAE.
El autor obtiene as el galard n dotado con 25.000 euros, cuyo objetivo es fomentar la producci n de nuevos contenidos audiovisuales y potenciar la calidad de la literatura cinematogr fica.
Es un premio muy deseado. Es el m s importante en lengua castellana, es para todos los autores iberoamericanos y la competencia siempre es muy fuerte. Para mi profesi n es un reconocimiento muy anhelado , subraya Carlos Lechuga.

El jurado del XI Premio SGAE de Gui n Julio Alejandro ha estado compuesto por Chus Guti rrez (cineasta), Gerardo Herrero (cineasta y productor), Mar a Ja n (guionista) y Juan T bar (guionista, en representaci n de ALMA), y ha sido presidido por la cineasta In s Par s, directora institucional de Audiovisuales de la Fundaci n SGAE.
Adem s de Santa y Delf n, de Carlos Lechuga, los otros dos guiones finalistas han sido Under the sun, de Humberto Jim nez Penha (Brasil-Nicaragua y Seven hours, de Chema Rodr guez (Sevilla, Espa a) y Francisco Vargas (M xico), seleccionados de un total de 208 trabajos que se han presentado a esta XI edici n procedentes de Espa a e Iberoam rica.
