During the last year, VSN's clients that consulted the company's Support Department have rated with an excellent vote the responses, the attention received and the resolution time that they obtained. The overall vote of the clients reached an excellent 8,52 out of 10, showing its satisfaction with VSN's team of engineers.
VSN offers 24/7 worldwide support
The international expansion strategy launched by the company at the beginning of 2015 has brought a significative increase in its portfolio of clients and projects around the world. This has convinced VSN to expand its Support services with new engineers with which to enhance its new 24/7 support modality. The results of this expansion plan have been excellent, since again the overall rating given by clients to VSN's Support services has risen one more year, reaching 8,52 out of 10. Users receive, after its consultation has been solved, a complete survey where they can leave their rating, comments and feedback, that is closely studied by the Support team.
Likewise, the overall rating that the company has received during 2015, regarding all its activities and departments, has improved. VSN's clients and users are consulted twice every year to rate the services received, the commercial attention, the company's communications efforts, among many other fields related to their perception of VSN. This feedback is very important so that the company can improve its internal workflows, and it is the best result of its philosophy of always keeping close and listening to its clients.
This results are very positive, because they show that we know better and better our users, and that we are able to adapt to the circumstances of every installation and workflow, no matter its specifications , declares Jordi Utiel, VSN's President and CEO. 2015 has been a challenge, due to the increase in our portfolio of clients around the world and the launching of our new 24/7 support modality. And I can proudly say that we have succeed. Such an excellent rating, given by our own clients and users, is the best proof that we are on the right path. Now we just have to keep the hard work up so that next year we can reach 9 out 10 .
