HP Increases Flexibility for SMBs with Affordable Two-in-one Notebook Built for Business
LAS VEGAS - HP today announced the HP Pro x2 410, an affordably priced business-focused two-in-one notebook offering the flexibility of a tablet and the productivity of a notebook-in one streamlined form factor.
HP further increased mobility options for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) with the HP 350 G1 notebook, a completely new series that significantly increases employee productivity with a reliable and budget-friendly business notebook.
The workplace is no longer necessarily a physical place-it's a part of life, and vice versa. SMBs and their employees recognize that a true work/life blend is the new normal and demand mobile products that allow them to stay connected in more places.
Today's employees want options on how they interface with their technology, whether checking work emails over breakfast at home or chatting with family via webcam while on a business trip. A two-in-one notebook that's built for business by HP provides them with a worry-free, durable device with a sense of style, while also keeping IT manager requirements in mind-budget-friendly, secure notebooks that are built to work, and last.
Today's technology has evolved to meet the realities of the new workplace, as the traditional work/life balance makes way for the more flexible work/life blend, said Enrique Lores, senior vice president and general manager, Commercial PCs, HP. The HP two-in-one notebook announced today gives employees the ability to quickly address the demands of both work and life with style, while SMBs decrease technology purchase and supports costs at the same time.
HP Pro x2 410: Flexibility of a tablet, productivity of a notebook
The HP Pro x2 offers the mobility of a tablet when on the go and the versatility of a notebook when in the office. This detachable hybrid tablet features a quiet, fanless design, and keeps employees productive with an optional touch-enabled(1) 11.6-inch diagonal high-definition (HD)(2) antiglare LED screen with full-size keyboard that detaches to become a 2.5 mm-thin tablet.
The HP Pro x2 410 is a capable business PC with advanced technologies like Intel Core i3/i5 processors,(3) Windows 8.1 Pro,(4) a certified TPM for data encryption, microSD slot and a long battery life. Employees can collaborate with colleagues and clients alike with Beats AudioTM, dual front and back 2MP FHD (1,080p) webcam, and dual speakers.
HP 350 G1 Notebook PC: Durable, secure, worry-free
The stylish HP 350 business notebook represents a new product line for HP, delivering a business-first notebook at an affordable price demanded by SMBs. It balances durability and productivity alongside essential business-class technologies like 3-D DriveGuard,(5) a spill-resistant keyboard and optional fingerprint reader for simple, worry-free computing. The HP 350 packs powerful performance with the choice of Intel Core i3/i5/i7, Pentium and Celeron processors with Intel HD graphics plus AMD Radeon graphics.
Employees can stay connected with WLAN-only mode(6) and WLAN with Bluetooth 4.0, as well as USB 3.0. And users can enjoy a full-performance audio/visual experience with the HDMI HD webcam on a 15.6-inch diagonal display.
