NVIDIA NVS 5 Sets New Standard for Dual-Display Commercial Graphics

NVIDIA today launched the NVIDIA NVS 315, a versatile dual-display graphics card that allows professionals to boost their productivity and businesses to easily scale their deployments while simplifying IT management.

With the NVS 315, customers can get the most from their existing display infrastructures as it supports a variety of display connectivity options, including DisplayPort , DVI and VGA. Plus, it fits into both small form-factor and full-height chassis.

The NVS 315 offers strong visualization capabilities with three times the graphics cores (48) and double the onboard frame buffer memory (1GB) of its predecessor. Professionals can expand their workspaces using multiple, large, high-resolution displays, allowing them to manage their desktops more easily and gather insights from compelling visual information faster.

The NVIDIA nView workspace management tool comes integrated with the NVS 315. nView technology shows a panoramic overview of the entire workspace, so users can manage multiple windows across all displays and virtual desktops easily and quickly. It also lets users create profiles to save application positions across displays and desktops, and then re-launch them with a single click.

By deploying the NVS 315, businesses can standardize on a single card and then easily scale up to meet the needs of their workforces.
