Yesterday we received some brilliant news Paywizard and our partner Genius Digital have been shortlisted for the CSI Awards under the category of Best Data & Analytics Innovation. The CSI awards are amongst the most prestigious and competitive technology awards in the industry and the award show, which will take place at IBC Show on 15 September in Amsterdam, recognizes and rewards innovation and excellence in the cable, satellite, broadcast, IPTV, telco, broadband/OTT video and mobile TV. The Paywizard and Genius Digital Solution Using data effectively to understand customers is really difficult for many pay-TV operators. Often viewing, transactional and subscriber data sets are kept in different silos meaning it's impossible to produce an accurate view into the needs and wants of a customer base.
