Jumping off waterfalls, climbing, repelling and spending time with friends old and new, these are moments you never want to forget. Thanks to GoPro's QuikStories, Award recipient Marc Baechtold was able to document his experience studying abroad in Mexico and share it with friends and family. While he was taking in the sights and sounds of Chiapas, Nuevo Leon, and San Luis Potosi, Marc used HERO5 Black and HERO5 Session, along with the floaty and 3-way to capture his adventures with his friends and classmates. To make the trip even more memorable, he even scored a $1,000 cash for submitting his Story to GoPro Awards.
What did Marc think of the newly launched QuikStories?
I love QuikStories, especially because I can now create more awesome Instagram Stories. Even though I use Premiere Pro for my long-form edits, QuikStories is still my choice for mobile editing. I used it on location to recap the experiences with my friends before we all went back to our different homes.
