
Cable ONE Selects TiVo to Provide Next-Generation Advanced Television Experience Tenth Largest U.S. Cable Operator to Offer the TiVo Multi-Screen, Multi-Source Experience to Subscribers Across 19 States
SAN JOSE, CA and PHOENIX, AZ--(Marketwire - Nov 27, 2012) - TiVo Inc. (NASDAQ: TIVO), a leader in the advanced television entertainment market, and Cable ONE, a cable systems operator serving more than 740,000 customers in 19 states with high speed internet, cable television and telephone service, today announced that Cable ONE has selected TiVo as its exclusive software provider for all new DVRs purchased and plans to offer its subscribers TiVos unmatched user experience and next-generation video services starting with TiVos leading whole-home and multi-screen suite of products.
Cable ONE, the tenth largest U.S. cable operator, will commence rollout of its TiVo offering beginning during the first half of next year as part of its broader plan to make the TiVo experience available throughout its footprint in 2013.
