
3D Wire closes its most international and convergent Edition Animaci n, videojuegos y new media se dan un a o m s la mano en este mercado al que han participado 2.500 visitantes.
El mercado internacional de animaci n, videojuegos y new media, 3D Wire, clausur el pasado domingo en Segovia su quinta edici n con r cord de asistentes: m s de 800 acreditados y 2.500 visitantes se dieron cita en el evento que ha sido capaz de congregar bajo el mismo techo compa as como Lightbox Entertainment, BRB Internacional, Vodka Capital, The Mad Media Company, Imira Entertainment, Virtual Toys y Unkasoft, por nombrar s lo algunas de todas las que se dieron cita en el Palacio de Quintanar del 7 al 10 de noviembre.
La programaci n, las actividades paralelas como las proyecciones, la videoteca, el showroom de videojuegos y el de diversas compa as de productos y servicios, por supuesto la presencia de Irlanda como pa s invitado con una notable delegaci n de diez empresas todo ha encandilado un a o m s a los asistentes, pero 3D Wire es m s que un evento, es una comunidad que no termina cuando se da por finalizada una nueva edici n. Y es que una de las caracter sticas m s apreciadas de 3D Wire es su ambiente distendido que propicia el contacto entre profesionales y que ayuda a los nuevos talentos a poder expresarse y moverse sin la presi n de las grandes ferias. 3D Wire es una oportunidad.
Calificado como intenso, corto , excelente , c lido , imprescindible , no hay duda de que es un evento pionero en Espa a que lleva desde 2009 hablando sobre el potencial de estos sectores y la convergencia que existe entre ellos y otros como la pedagog a o el turismo, algo que qued demostrado en la primera jornada de 3D Wire 2013. Reveladora fue para muchos la jornada sobre Televisi n Conectada, organizada en colaboraci n con RTVE, que acerc a los asistentes esta revolucionaria forma de ver la televisi n que, adem s, requiere de nuevos contenidos y est poniendo sobre la mesa nuevas f rmulas de producci n. Una de las guindas del pastel fue la presentaci n de Invizimals', la nueva serie de animaci n de BRB Internacional, Screen 21, Sony Computer Entertainmet Europe, en la que TVE y TV3 participan. La producci n ser uno de los pelotazos de 2014 y supondr un antes y un despu s con el uso de la realidad aumentada.
El equipo de Kandor Graphics llen la sala con su conferencia sobre la producci n de Justin y la espada del valor' y 3D Wire 2013 fue tambi n escenario para que el esperado documental Insert Coin', dedicado al desarrollo actual de videojuegos en Espa a, presentara su primera parte, y para que Banjo Music demostrara sus habilidades para componer m sica para obras de animaci n y videojuegos. Por su parte, DEV, la Asociaci n Espa ola de Empresas Desarrolladoras de Videojuegos y Software de Entretenimiento, anunci en 3D Wire que est trabajando en un Libro Blanco sobre el Desarrollo de los Videojuegos en Espa a y adelant datos como que la facturaci n anual de este sector alcanza los 400 millones de euros, de los que el 72 por ciento procede del entorno digital. Adem s, un 80 por ciento del negocio se genera en mercados extranjeros, lo que da una idea de la riqueza que este sector puede aportar a la Marca Espa a y a la econom a del pa s. Los talleres sobre animaci n y videojuegos no faltaron este a o y los m s peque os tambi n pudieron adentrarse en el mundo del stop motion y la rob tica con actividades que este a o se organizaron para ellos.
Internacionalizaci n
La internacionalizaci n de 3D Wire ha llegado en este 2013 con la presencia de Irlanda como pa s invitado. Empresas punteras como Boulder Media, Cartoon Saloon, Windmill Lane Pictures, Giant Creative, Jam Media y Nexus, entre otras, compartieron su experiencia en la animaci n, las apps, la postproducci n y los videojuegos con Espa a, y como colof n el Foro de Coproducci n permiti contactos valiosos en ambas direcciones. Esta actividad no hubiera sido posible sin el trabajo de la Embajada de Irlanda en Espa a, Enterprise Ireland y Board Bia.
Tambi n hay que destacar la presencia de una delegaci n chilena con tres profesionales muy interesados en conocer las tendencias del mercado espa ol y las posibilidades de colaboraci n con empresas nacionales. El gobierno de Chile, que cada vez apoya m s el sector audiovisual en su sentido m s amplio, seleccion 3D Wire como una cita atractiva en Europa e impuls la presencia de tres compa as, una actividad que ha coordinado con la Embajada de Chile en Espa a. As , Tom s Arrigorriaga, director de Imagina Chile; Cecilia Baeriswyl, productora ejecutiva de Miniestudio; y Mat as Nicol s Esquivel, profesional en formaci n con un proyecto ya entre manos, contactaron durante el mercado productores y televisiones espa olas para estudiar las oportunidades de coproducci n. La pausa caf del viernes estuvo patrocinada por el Consejo Nacional de la Cultura y las Artes del Gobierno de Chile. La cercan a del idioma hace que el acercamiento entre Espa a y Latinoam rica sea natural y plataformas como 3D Wire se convierten en esenciales para impulsar los negocios entre pa ses.

El a o 2013 ser siempre recordado porque ha supuesto la certificaci n de 3D Wire como el primer y nico festival Cartoon d'Or de Espa a, lo que significa que el cortometraje El ruido del mundo', de Coke Riob o, ganador del p blico de 3D Wire Fest en el apartado nacional, podr participar en la edici n del pr ximo a o del prestigioso premio europeo, al igual que Jam n', de Iria L pez merecedor del Premio al Mejor Cortometraje Nacional seg n el jurado.
