Burna Boy, Tems, and Rema are set to headline the Afrobeat Theme performance at the 2023 NBA All-Star Game halftime show on Sunday, 19 February in Salt Lake City, Utah.

The NBA organisers took to Twitter to announce the news.

GRAMMY Award-winning singer, songwriter and record producer @burnaboy, 2023 GRAMMY Award-winning singer and Oscar-nominated singer and producer @temsbaby and rapper and singer @heisrema will headline the NBA All-Star Game 2023 halftime show with an Afrobeats-themed performance, tweeted the organisers.

NBA Communications (@NBAPR) February 15, 2023 OTHER ARTISTS THAT WILL BE PERFORMING According to Billboard, the trio will be joined by Post Malone, who will open the show with a medley of hits. Jewel will also join, performing the National Anthem, while Fast X star Vin Diesel will lead the player introductions for the newly named NBA All-Stars.

Heading up to the big night, the NBA will host several events, including this Ruffles Celebrity Game which will take place on Friday, 17 February. A myriad of musicians will play during this year's outing, including Janelle Monae, 21 Savage, Cordae, Ozuna, Kane Brown, Nicky Jam and more.
