In Las Vegas, Miranda will offer its latest technology for routing, monitoring and acquisition NAB 2014 will be one appointment key for Miranda not only by check response to his twinning market with Grass Valley, both now integrated in the Belden Group, but also because it will announce important news on solutions for routing, monitoring and acquisition.
In routing of signals, the presence of Miranda NAB 2014 will focus on the new array Nvision 8500 IP gateway. Designed for facilities that want to migrate their installations SDI to IP, Nvision 8500 converted and packaged in real-time, uncompressed video baseband using SMPTE 2022-6 to sutransporte on 10 GbE Ethernet networks. Once the SDI signals are packaged, easily they can be distributed from rack to rack, or mobile unit mobile unit or control, either between different floors of a building or any place using an IP network.
All signals support change of frame for use in live production environments. For greater efficiency, several signals uncompressed SDI fit into a single IP flow, which reduces the wiring when they are used for connection lines between different arrays. Hybrid class (audio and video) cards can be implemented in any array Nvision 8500, so current users of these matrices may upgrade their systems without having to incorporate new frames.
NAB 2014 will assist to the expansion of the Nvision range with the launch of the compact array CR6400, able to offer connections 64 64 3Gbs HD - SDI, with high density in only 2U DIN connections. This new parent, small but powerful initially will be offered in two different models: Nvision CR6464-3GIG and CR6464-AES. They are ideal for production studios or suites of Edition, master control broadcast facilities, mobile units or even stadiums or sports venues that need a compact and highly reliable matrix. One of its distinguishing characteristics with respect to other solutions of this range is that it can operate completely independent from an expensive external control with Exchange capacity system hot. All the key modules are easy to maintain in the field, including crossing points of direct exchange, control, input/output and the ventilation module cards, which greatly reduces downtime.
Multiscreen
NAB 2014 will also be a good opportunity to see in action the new MX-Kaleido multi-screen and Kaleido-Modular-X that take advantage of the best modular series and series X to create the perfect and affordable for your Studio or mobile unit system. Available pre-configured for an immediate installation or as a modular system for a more flexible design.
Pre-configured for quick and simple installation, Kaleido-MX is available in a variety of configurations (up to 64 4) for high quality television production needs in the studios and transmission trucks outside. Kaleido-MX offers lower power consumption and a light and compact design that is ultra quiet and works well. With its scaling technology advanced, Kaleido-MX offers better video image quality, as well as full design flexibility to assign "any source, anywhere", without limitations of bandwidth. Kaleido-MX offers hot-swappable modules and power supplies to a robust performance in the most hostile environments.
In what refers to Kaleido-Modular-X, stress that it is a flexible and scalable multiviewer for the production of television that is optimized for the considerations of space, weight and power that exist in studios and outside broadcast trucks. The modular design enables easy configuration of E size / desired. The interface FlexBridge a bridge between input and output modules and allows the installation of stage entrance beside the router or sources - and the final stage next to screens - for the installation of wiring more simple and efficient without the risks associated with the HDMI Extenders. Its modularity with inputs and outputs enables the scalability required to grow economically in the future. Given that space is usually critical and the continuing need to reduce weights and consumption, Kaleido-Modular-X offers the solution multiviewer that best fits your needs.
Miranda will also display the monitoring system Kaleido-IP 310 multi-display control stream IP multicast both local and remote, both in single or multiple transport formats. The new version of this solution offers monitoring up to 129 signals SD or HD 64. All in half the space than its predecessor since only occupies 1 RU.
Platform for iControl 6.0 monitoring and control will also be displayed in Las Vegas with their choices of panel of alarmed, simple and extended playout control... and now, with simultaneous update for all cards modular Densit .
Capture 4K
Visitors to the stand of Miranda at NAB will be amazed with the possibilities provided by the transceiver for camera CopperHead 3404K. This bidirectional system allows to link cameras 4K for multiple purposes such as ENG, cinematography digital or Studio without need for connections for copper cabling.
