Schaeffler bietet Karrierechancen auf der IAA
Vom 17. bis 27. September stellt Schaeffler bei der Internationalen Automobil-Ausstellung (IAA) in Frankfurt in Halle 5.1 am Stand A04 seine neuesten Produkte und Entwicklungen im Automobilbereich vor. Eine Besonderheit am Schaeffler-Stand werden die Karriere-Events sein. Von der Bewerberberatung bis zum pers nlichen Vorstellungsgespr ch vor Ort: Schaeffler nutzt die Messe als Plattform, um mit Nachwuchsfachkr ften und potenziellen neuen Mitarbeitern in Kontakt zu treten. Die IAA ist die weltweit wichtigste Mobilit tsmesse. Wir m chten uns hier nicht nur als weltweit f hrender Automobil- und Industriezulieferer pr sentieren, sondern auch als innovativer und attraktiver Arbeitgeber , sagt Kurt Mirlach, Vorstand Personal und Arbeitsdirektor.
W hrend der Recruiting-Tage am Montag und Dienstag, 21. und 22. September, sucht Schaeffler vor Ort f r die Sparte Automotive neue Mitarbeiter im technischen Bereich. Alle vakanten Stellen sind im Internet auf der Schaeffler-Karriere-Seite www.schaeffler.de/career unter IAA-Karriere-Events zu finden. Ausgew hlte Bewerberinnen und Bewerber werden zu einem pers nlichen Gespr ch auf die IAA eingeladen. Voraussetzung ist eine Bewerbung vorab.
Am Mittwoch, 23. September, k nnen eingeladene Studenten ihre Kompetenzen in einem Auswahlworkshop unter Beweis stellen und sich so eines der begehrten Auslandspraktika bei Schaeffler sichern. Die internationalen Schaeffler-Standorte, an denen Praktika vergeben werden, befinden sich in Spanien, Gro britannien, China und den USA. F r die Teilnahme an dem Workshop ist eine Vorab-Bewerbung ber die Schaeffler-Karriere-Seite notwendig. Voraussetzung f r eine erfolgreiche Bewerbung ist ein vorangeschrittenes Hochschulstudium ab dem f nften Fachsemester. Gesucht werden vorrangig Studierende technischer Fachrichtungen.
Am Donnerstag, 24. September, dreht sich alles um das Ausbildungsangebot bei Schaeffler. Am Stand stehen Ausbilder zur Verf gung, um die verschiedenen Ausbildungsberufe so praxisnah wie m glich vorzustellen. Au erdem k nnen sich interessierte Sch lerinnen und Sch ler von aktuellen Auszubildenden und dualen Studenten beraten lassen sowie von deren Erfahrungen und Tipps zum Berufseinstieg profitieren.
Am Freitag, 25. September, erhalten Interessierte bei einer individuellen Bewerberberatung Informationen ber Einstiegsm glichkeiten bei Schaeffler sowie Tipps f r ihre erfolgreiche Bewerbung. Um die Karriereplanung der Teilnehmer effektiv und zielgerichtet unterst tzen zu k nnen, ist auch f r dieses Angebot eine vorherige Bewerbung mit Lebenslauf und aussagekr ftigem Motivationsschreiben ber die Schaeffler-Karriere-Seite notwendig.
Als Vorreiter unter den Zulieferern hat Schaeffler einen stetigen Bedarf an talentierten und qualifizierten Nachwuchskr ften aus fast allen Fachgebieten. Besonders Ingenieure und Techniker finden in Forschung und Entwicklung faszinierende Aufgabenbereiche. Dar ber hinaus erm glicht Schaeffler deutschlandweit rund 1.500 Jugendlichen eine Ausbildung auf h chstem Niveau in 29 Berufen. Dabei werden zahlreiche Berufsbilder und Studienrichtungen angeboten.
