Systemkompetenz bis ins kleinste Detail
Die Zukunft des Automobils wird von der Effizienzsteigerung und fortschreitender Elektrifizierung des Antriebsstrangs sowie von sich ver ndernden Mobilit tsmustern und der fortw hrenden Digitalisierung bestimmt sein. Als weltweit renommierter Zulieferer und Entwicklungspartner hat Schaeffler diese Herausforderungen verstanden und zeigt auf der Internationalen Automobilausstellung (IAA) Produkte und L sungen zur Mobilit t f r morgen . Der Paradigmenwechsel im Automobilbau erh ht dabei nicht nur die Komplexit t, sondern auch die Anforderungen an eine ganzheitliche sowie systemische Denkweise.
Schaefflers Systemkompetenz bis ins kleinste Detail basiert auf einem breiten Produktportfolio, das Pr zisionskomponenten und Systeme in den Bereichen Motor, Getriebe und Fahrwerk sowie der Elektromobilit t umfasst. Mit dem Fokus auf Effizienz, Elektrifizierung und Performance, finden sich diese Ans tze in vier Themeninseln auf dem Schaeffler-Stand wieder. Im Vordergrund stehen jeweils die weltweit gestiegenen Anforderungen an die Reduktion von CO2-Emissionen und Kraftstoffverbrauch.
Als Messe-Highlight zeigt das Unternehmen das Glass Car , ein Realmodell gespickt mit rund 40 Produkten und Technologien aus dem Hause Schaeffler. Erg nzt wird das Modell um ein digitales Angebot, das die jeweiligen Komponenten am Bildschirm anschaulich erkl rt.
Elektromechanische Kompetenz: Aktuatoren f r die Mobilit t von morgen
Mit dem elektromechanischen Nockenwellenversteller, der automatisierten Kupp-lung E-Clutch sowie dem elektromechanischen Wankstabilisator beweist der Automobilzulieferer Schaeffler eindrucksvoll seine Kernkompetenz im Bereich der Aktuatorik. Power on Demand hei t das Stichwort - elektromechanische Systeme in Antriebsstrang und Fahrwerk tragen zur Reduktion von Verbrauch und Emissionen bei. Gleichzeitig erm glichen sie die Implementierung neuer automatisierter Funktionen, wie etwa dem Auskuppeln bei Handschaltgetrieben. Im Vergleich zu hydraulischen Systemen verbrauchen elektromechanische L sungen weniger Energie und greifen nur dann die Leistung ab, wenn diese ben tigt wird. So auch beim ersten elektromechanischen Wankstabilisator mit dem Schaeffler ein neues Kapitel in der Fahrwerktechnik aufschl gt. Das innovative System ersetzt die bislang blichen hydraulischen Stabilisatoren. Es verbessert die Fahrdynamik deutlich und geht in einer Oberklasse-Limousine zum ersten Mal in Serie. Mit dem System tr gt Schaeffler au erdem dazu bei, den Kraftstoffverbrauch und die Emissionen zu reduzieren und die Fahrzeugmontage zu vereinfachen.
Zur IAA gibt Schaeffler zudem den bevorstehenden Serienstart seines ersten elektromechanischen Nockenwellen-Verstellsystems bekannt, das die Nockenwelle schneller und pr ziser auf die jeweiligen Betriebsbedingungen des Motors einstellt. Dadurch sinken Verbrauch und Schadstoff-Emissionen, parallel steigt der Komfort im Start-Stopp-Betrieb. Gleichzeitig entwickelt der Automobilzulieferer aber auch die im Markt weit verbreiteten hydraulischen Nockenwellensteller weiter. Mit einer Jahresproduktion von 15 Millionen hydraulischen Stellern geh rt Schaeffler hier zu den f hrenden Anbietern. Bei der Entwicklung elektromechanischer Komponenten f r das Fahrzeug profitiert Schaeffler von seiner System- und Softwarekompetenz sowie von der langen Erfahrung beim Einsatz feinmechanischer Elemente zur Kraft bertragung. Diese Systemkompetenz bis ins Detail spielt auch bei der zu-k nftigen Entwicklung elektromechanischer L sungen f r immer st rker elektrifizierte Fahrzeugkonzepte eine wichtige Rolle.
L sungen zur Elektrifizierung des Antriebsstrangs
Mit dem Hochvolt-Hybridmodul in P2-Anordnung zeigt Schaeffler eine neue L sung zur Elektrifizierung des Antriebsstrangs, die modular an eine Vielzahl von Antriebskonzepten angepasst werden kann. Das neue P2-Hybridmodul besteht aus einer automatisierten Trennkupplung und der elektrischen Maschine. Die Trennkupplung wird von einem elektromechanischen Zentralausr cker bet tigt, der vollst ndig in den Rotor der E-Maschine integriert die Kupplung direkt elektromechanisch bet tigt. Parallel zur Trennkupplung kommt ein Freilauf zum Einsatz, der die Zugmomente des Verbrennungsmotors an das Getriebe weitergibt.
Mit seiner hohen Variabilit t und dem breiten Drehmomentbereich von bis zu 800 Nm kann die neue Generation des P2-Hybridmoduls von Schaeffler sowohl in mittleren, als auch in sehr leistungsstarken Antriebskonzepten zum Einsatz kommen und wesentlich dazu beitragen, Verbrauch und Emissionen von Plug-in-Hybridfahrzeugen weiter zu senken. Spannend: Bei dem neuen Hybridmodul hat Schaeffler der E-Maschine einen D mpfer vorgeschaltet. Der Elektromotor bernimmt zus tzlich zu diesem D mpfer lediglich die Schwingungstilgung im unteren Drehzahlbereich. Die erste Serienanwendung des neuen Hybridmoduls erfolgt Anfang 2017 in China.
Schaeffler entwickelt Elektro-Antriebsstrang f r die FIA Formel E
Als exklusiver Technologiepartner des ABT-Schaeffler-Audi-Sport-Teams hat Schaeffler das komplette Antriebssystem des Rennwagens aus Motor und Getriebe gestaltet. Mit dem eigens entwickelten Antriebsstrang startet der neue Bolide am 17. Oktober in Peking in die zweite FIA-Formel-E-Saison. Das Team geht erneut mit den Fahrern Daniel Abt (22) und Lucas di Grassi (31) ins Rennen. Das deutsch-brasilianische Duo hatte bereits in der Premierensaison mehr als einmal f r Furore gesorgt und am Ende den dritten Platz in der Teamwertung belegt.
