Prepare for a gripping tale of hidden truths coupled with remarkable strength in the face of an unimaginable tragedy that will stir emotions as Netflix unveils the first look images of From the Ashes, a Saudi film inspired by a tragic real-life event.
Set within the campus of an all-girls school, From the Ashes unravels a story of a seemingly normal school day that ends in an unthinkable disaster when a mysterious fire erupts in the school's basement. Chaos, panic and confusion ensue as students and teachers are faced with impossible choices. The must-see fictional film is inspired by real events, when a fire erupted in an all girls-school, resulting in an unfortunate event.
Produced by Ideation Studios and directed by Khaled Fahed, From the Ashes showcases a skilled ensemble of established and rising stars including Shaima AlTayeb, Khairyeh Abu Laban, Adwa Fahad, Darin AlBayed, and Aesha AlRefai. Together, they promise to captivate audiences through fictional characters, a captivating narrative and emotional depth.
From the Ashes is set to premiere exclusively on Netflix on January 18th.
