Uzalo's popular character Nkunzi will get cheated on by Gabisile and rise from the dead' after getting poisoned by Sbu in August. The September teasers also reveal that Hleziphi will escape Kwanda and that Nonka will return to her hub to sell her beauty products.

INSIDE GABISILE'S INFIDELITY Viewers of the SABC1 soapie Uzalo will be glad to know that Kwanda is not mentioned in the TVSA September teasers after he abducted Hleziphi after she found out he's a drug dealer. The teasers also indicate that Sbu will not enjoy his time in KwaMashu when Nkunzi returns on 30 August.

The show's fan-favourite couple Nkunzi and Gabisile will also go through a rough patch when she cheats on him with Mthambisi Phakathi.

Late actor, playwright, and theatre director Mncedisi Shabangu, who died on Sunday, 23 July was set to play the role of Gabisile's lover and the new villain Mthambisi Phakathi in Uzalo.

The show revealed that his character will be played by another actor after his death.

The 1 September teaser reads:

Nkunzi gets back to his normal self and reminds everyone of who he is. Sbu fears the consequences of his actions.

Gabisile and Nkunzi will struggle to reconnect romantically when he returns and she will cheat on him for the second time after leaving him for his brother Qhabanga in the previous season.

The Thursday 22 September reveals:

A mystery man makes a jaw-dropping donation while Gabisile rejects the advances of persistent Mthambisi.

The Friday 23 September reads:

Gabisile is intrigued by Mthambisi Phakathi.

Friday 30 September:

Gabisile's past comes back to bite her when she's forced to partner with a fling.

UZALO': NONKA STARTS AFRESH The TVSA September teasers also confirm that Hleziphi and Nonka will try to start over again after Kwanda's (Sandile Mfusi) drug bust.

Kwanda kidnapped Hleziphi when she hid his drugs and ruined Nonka's reputation in the community.

The teasers also reveal Nonka will be advised to plead guilty to drug charges after getting arrested.

#TeamNonka will be saddened by this as Nonka is innocent and was used by Kwanda when they worked together.

The Monday 5 September teaser reads:

Nonka realises her involvement with the drug operation.

The Tuesday 6 September reads:

Nonka is convinced to plead guilty'.

Nonka's sister Lilly, who's a police offer will request a transfer after Nonka gets released from jail.

Tuesday 27 September:

Lilly and Amahle prepare for their big move away from KwaMashu.
