Picturepark Announces New Global Headquarters Location

Aarau, Switzerland - 12th March 2020 - Swiss digital content management provider Picturepark will today move its global headquarters to a new location. The company is moving to a more modern office space within the same town of their current headquarters; in Aarau, which is located within the canton of Aargau in Switzerland. The move has opened up new possibilities for the well-established software company, paving the way for secure on-site back-ups and a greater selection of facilities for employee wellbeing.

Picturepark have announced that their new office space will be located in a building with high standards of safety and energy independence. The building was opened two years ago by regional energy provider Eniwa: who are committed to providing renewable power, focusing on green options such as power generated from wind and hydroelectric sources. The energy provider publicly states that they strive to make sustainable energy accessible; a concept which Picturepark supports.

The new Picturepark Headquarters location is subject to a high level of safety and energy standards. As well as accommodating the Picturepark team, it also houses a secure on-site datacenter, which is where the company will operate their Suisse Safe solution: a premium back-up package for security conscious customers.

Picturepark will also have improved access to a variety of different spaces where events such as conferences, educational days or focused group meetings can take place. The opportunity for events is furthered still, as the new office space is in a prime location for transportation: less than ten minutes walk to Aarau's main train station, from where Z rich is accessible in a travel time of less than half an hour.

Speaking regarding the move, Ramon Forster, CEO of Picturepark said: The environment and atmosphere of the office in which we work in reflects the way we work. This new office opens us up, both literally and figuratively, to great new possibilities in collaborating internally and with external stakeholders. The high safety standards and new facilities such as the secure data-centre located on-site that need no intermediary for access played a major role in our decision to make this move .

The new office building also provides enhanced options for Picturepark employees too, with an on-site restaurant and fitness facilities available for use. In addition, there are two levels of underground parking, which will be useful for visiting customers and employees alike. An open-air courtyard, with seating is also available.
