Es la primera vez que se concluye un ejercicio sin d ficit desde 2009 , asegur el presidente de RTVE, Jos Antonio S nchez, este jueves en el marco de su comparecencia en la Comisi n de Control de la Coporaci n en el Senado.
Y es que Radio Televisi n Espa ola cerr sus cuentas de 2016 con un super vit de casi de 800.000 euros. Es la primera vez que se concluye un ejercicio sin d ficit desde 2009.
Desde la aprobaci n de la ley de financiaci n en 2009 y su entrada en vigor a primeros de 2010, la Corporaci n no hab a cerrado nunca sus cuentas con equilibrio presupuestario hasta este a o 2016.
Los gastos de explotaci n se mantienen dentro de las previsiones, acomodando el incremento experimentado por el gasto de la cobertura los Juegos Ol mpicos de R o (56 millones de euros), adem s de permitir un cambio de criterio en la amortizaci n de la ficci n y el saneamiento del stock de cine espa ol en las existencias de programas.
Contenci n del gasto
Por lo que respecta a los gastos generales, en 2016 RTVE prosigui con su pol tica de contenci n y eficiencia que a lo largo de los ltimos a os ha surtido un gran efecto. Buena prueba de ello es que en 2009, un a o muy similar a 2016 en cuanto a la deducibilidad del IVA y nivel de gastos de todos los dem s mbitos de la Corporaci n, los gastos generales de RTVE supusieron m s de 280 millones de euros, mientras que el a o pasado esa cifra apenas alcanz los 183 millones. Es decir, una reducci n de alrededor de casi 100 millones de euros, que ponen de manifiesto que el programa de eficacia emprendido hace dos a os ha rendido fruto excelente, manteniendo al mismo tiempo los niveles de operaci n y de excelencia que siempre han caracterizado a RTVE .
Los ingresos de las aportaciones de los operadores de telecomunicaciones y de televisi n se incrementan apenas en un 3,4% respecto a los de 2015, aunque contin an situ ndose por debajo de lo previsto en el Presupuesto de la Corporaci n (-3%). Estas aportaciones para financiar RTVE siguen presentando una elevada incertidumbre, que dificulta realizar previsiones de ingresos razonables. El resto de los ingresos se mantienen respecto a las cifras presupuestadas.
En todo caso, la reducci n de ingresos respecto al presupuesto se ha visto compensada por una mayor contenci n del gasto, lo que ha permitido obtener un resultado positivo en 2016 de 0,8 millones de euros y una mejora significativa de la deuda financiera, que ha sufrido un descenso desde los 86,2 millones en 2015 a los 46,1 millones en 2016.
