Vizrt and HP join forces for development of advanced graphics El uso de soluciones HP de alto rendimiento, junto a las posibilidades que brinda la nueva Nvidia Grid VCA, permiten a Vizrt ofrecer grafismo avanzado hasta en 4K y gesti n multimedia en un entorno virtualizado.
At IBC, Vizrt est llevando a cabo una demostraci n de sus productos gr ficos utilizando exclusivamente estaciones de trabajo y monitores de visualizaci n de alto rendimiento.
Vizrt, en su stand, utiliza una amplia gama de productos HP de alto rendimiento, incluyendo 85 estaciones de trabajo, 30 monitores y varios servidores. Los servidores HP ProLiant DL 380p Gen 8 con potencia de procesamiento Intel XEON E5 2640 2.6 GHz, 16 GB de memoria RAM y una tarjeta de video Matrox G200, se utilizan para operar el motor basado en IP Viz, el servidor Viz Map, el servidor Viz Content Pilot, el servidor de codificaci n de video Viz Media Engine y el codificador en l nea Viz Media Engine.
De las 85 estaciones de trabajo, Vizrt utiliza una combinaci n de estaciones de trabajo HP Z820 y HP Z420 con los sistemas de motor Viz, mientras que veinte estaciones de trabajo HP Z420 funcionar n con otros sistemas, incluyendo el generador de gr ficos en directo Viz Trio, Viz Content Pilot, Viz Weather, Viz Multichannel y la herramienta de animaci n 3D en tiempo real Viz Artist.
La estaci n de trabajo Z820 de HP incluye procesamiento de cuatro n cleos Intel XEON E5-2643 3,3 GHz con 8 GB de DDR3 y un terabit de capacidad HDD. La mini torre HP Z420 incluye la serie XEON E5-1600 o E5-2600 con una potencia de procesamiento de hasta ocho n cleos y 3,6 GHz. En la exposici n de Vizrt tambi n se utilizar n treinta monitores de alta resoluci n HP LED y LCD Z para mostrar im genes obtenidas de los sistemas de gr ficos y video Vizrt.
Nvidia Grid
En en stand de Vizrt en IBC, podemos encontrar tambi n varias sistemas Viz Artist trabajando en modelado 3D a tiempo real con estaciones de trabajo integradas con la nueva Nvidia Grid Visual Computing Appliance (VCA) as como los sistemas de composici n gr ficos Viz Engine corriendo con Nvidia Grid.
Nvidia Grid VCA es una soluci n dise ada para la creaci n de gr ficos avanzados en entornos virtualizados. Gracias a ella, hasta ocho usuarios pueden compartir una sola GPU facilitando as , por ejemplo, que todo un equipo pueda trabajar con Viz Engine eliminando la necesidad de una estaci n de trabajo local de alta capacidad.
Por otro lado, con la nueva Nvidia Quadro K6000, Viz Engine puede trabajar con gr ficos 4K en tiempo real sin. Nvidia Quadro K6000 incorpora la m s potente GPU con una memoria de 12 GB GDDR5 que permite trabajar con el m nimo detalle en virtualizaci n, iluminaci n m s realista y todo tipo de efectos, y todo ello en tiempo real.
4K Graphics
Vizrt has chosen the card Matrox DSX LE3 4K para el motor y compositor de renderizaci n de pr xima generaci n Viz Engine. El Viz Engine representa el n cleo de todos los gr ficos y soluciones de video Vizrt (CG, equipo virtual, tiempo y m s). Renderiza escenas animadas 2D y 3D en tiempo real, produciendo animaciones de alta calidad en SD, HD y 4K.
La tarjeta 4K Matrox DSX LE3, que recientemente se ha a adido a la serie de productos de desarrollo Matrox DSX, permite la monitorizaci n y salida de rodaje de video en tiempo y con una resoluci n que llega hasta 4096 x 2160 con tasas de frame de hasta 60 fps. La nueva tarjeta 4K, junto con el conjunto de software de desarrollo Matrox DSX, l der del sector, y soporte codec 4K para ProRes y XAVC, permite que los fabricantes de equipos puedan crear sistemas de gr ficos, soluciones de edici n y servidores de playout en resoluciones nativas de 4K.
Agreement with Quantum
Vizrt at IBC announced a strategic agreement with Quantum, proveedor de soluciones de almacenamiento para la industria de media y entretenimiento.
Las soluciones de almacenamiento de Quantum est n especialmente dise adas para gestionar de manera rentable , almacenar y mantener grandes vol menes de datos en entornos de producci n en colaboraci n, que son ideales para las soluciones de Vizrt de gesti n de media y flujos de trabajo basados en archivo, como Viz Media Engine.
La gama de soluciones StorNext de Quantum permite mover hasta petabytes de datos a menos costos de almacenamiento de archivos de otros sistemas, quedando estos siempre visibles y accesibles cuando sea necesario. Vizrt se beneficiar de esta inmediatez en el acceso a datos.
