26th August 2020 Award-winning documentary maker Stacey Dooley returns to UKTVs premium entertainment channel, W, for a second series of Stacey Dooley Sleeps Over (6x60). The UKTV Original, produced by Firecracker Films, was a huge hit in 2019 and became one of the channels most-watched shows of the year, reaching over 1.3million adults across the six episodes. The second series is due to air in 2021.
In this brand-new series, Stacey will explore more unseen areas of modern relationships and family life as she spends 72-hours as a house guest, learning all the routines and rituals that make each one so unique. Whether its exploring the religious activities of a strict orthodox Jewish family, or the realities of maintaining the traditional lifestyle of a tradwife, Stacey will be given the opportunity to get to the very heart of each family, giving her a first-hand experience of different communities from the comfort of their sofa.

Stacey Dooley Sleeps Over is produced by Firecracker Films, commissioned for UKTV by Natalie Rose, commissioning editor, and ordered by Adam Collings, channel director for W. Steve North is genre general manager for comedy and entertainment and Hilary Rosen is head of factual and factual entertainment. The series is exec produced for Firecracker by Jes Wilkins, chief creative officer, and Alice Bowden returns as series editor. The series will also be distributed by Passion Distribution.

Stacey Dooley Sleeps Over is the latest UKTV Original for W, following the success of the award-winning Emma Willis: Delivering Babies and Inside the Ambulance, which returns for an eleventh series in September and explores a new region with the South Central Ambulance Service in Oxford and Portsmouth.
