MSA foams Ltd, part of the Peli UK Group, are exhibiting at Broadcast Video Expo (BVE) 2017 at Excel, London from 28 February until 2nd March. At this years show MSA will be featuring their case and foam products for storing, transporting and protecting TV, film and broadcast equipment.

TrekPak in the UK

MSA Foams are delighted to announce that they are manufacturing the Trekpak Case Divider system under licence for Peli cases in the UK. TrekPak divider systems were introduced last year with the new Peli Air cases and manufacturing will begin in early 2017 for six models in the Peli Protector range. With the TrekPak system the Peli case can be fitted out with flexibility and precision. Together with the base and convoluted lid foam, TrekPak forms a protective cocoon inside the Peli case. Strong and lightweight, the divider sections are manufactured from waterproof, closed cell foam laminated to a rigid corrugated plastic panel. Extra divider material is included to allow reconfiguration as equipment evolves and divider panels are available separately for additional changes to ensure that Trekpak offers total flexibility. Bespoke Foam Protection

An alternative to a divider system to organise and protect equipment is bespoke foam inserts for cases, designed and manufactured by MSAs in- house team. Specifically tailored to fit the equipment, precision engineered foam will ensure each item is securely packed and offer full protection from drops, knocks and vibration. Custom design also optimises the space available which often means cost savings by using smaller, lighter cases. Items in a video or broadcast kit are held securely in individual pockets during transit. In addition to providing superior protection, every item can be accounted for at the end of a days shooting ensuring that nothing is left behind. The foam used by MSA is both strong and extremely durable, the ideal choice for film and broadcast equipment.

Out of the Box Peli

Peli Cases are the perfect out-of-the-box solution for drone and quadcopter gear with space to keep all the essential accessories properly organised to get up and flying quickly. The cases are water and dustproof making them ideal for use on location regardless of the weather conditions, feature large grab handles for easy handling and have wheels to assist with transportation. Custom foam inserts are designed to Peli 1640 Inspire Case specifically meet the requirements of each drone kit, providing additional pockets for specific accessories: controllers, spare blades or props, cameras, batteries, chargers and cables, gimbals, and operating manuals. Not only does this keep each item fully protected, it provides visual confirmation that each component is present when preparing for or completing a shoot. Optional extras to complete the case include labels, decals and screen printing to offer easy identification of contents or ownership.
