Less than five years ago, NBC Sports was operating under stringent COVID-related guidelines to produce broadcasts of both the postponed 2020 Tokyo Summer Olympics and 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics. Fast forward to this past summer, and the network enjoyed a pre-pandemic atmosphere with behind-the-scenes access to the athletes and the thrill of packed crowds in Paris.
NBC Sports' Executive Producer & President of NBC Olympics Production, Molly Solomon, speaks about how this return to normalcy revitalized their coverage, how the introduction of Gold Zone on Peacock became a must-watch product, and the excitement that's building for the 2026 Winter Olympics in Milano-Cortina.
