Samsung Galaxy NX Now Available to Buy in the UK on Aug 20, 2013
Samsung Electronics UK today announced that customers in the UK are now able to purchase the Galaxy NX, the world's first 4G interchangeable lens Connected Compact System Camera (CSC), from Jessops, with selected online and high street retailers to follow.
Featuring 3G/4G LTE technology, the Galaxy NX allows photographers to share professional quality images wherever they are and at any time. They can enjoy a range of intuitive features including Photo Suggest, offering location-based recommendations of popular photography spots, and Story Album, allowing them to view a timeline of their best shots and create digital photo books.
Kitted out with an array of interchangeable lenses, the 20.3MP APS-C Sensor produces bright and detailed images, even in lowest lit conditions, while the DRIMe IV Image Signal Processer delivers the speed and accuracy that todays photographers demand. Photography enthusiasts can take crisp, vibrant shots with the Galaxy NX's Advanced Hybrid Auto Focus (AF) System, whilst the 1/6000 sec shutter speed and 8.6fps shooting means they can capture every second of the action.
Running on an Android 4.2 Jelly Bean OS, the Galaxy NX can be personalised with a huge range of Android apps to help capture amazing photographs and video, edit images or add special effects to them. More than 30 Smart Mode options mean the optimum settings can be selected for the environment photographers are shooting in, whilst Multi Exposure merges two different shots together to produce one distinctive image and Animated Photo connects continuous shots of up to five seconds, creating a moving GIF file.
