Grass Valley ha actualizado la Serie T2 de sus grabadores y reproductores incluyendo ahora un panel t ctil LCD intuitivo de 7 pulgadas en su panel frontal, as como entrada de 1 canal y salida de 2 canales que se pueden usar simult neamente para grabaci n y reproducci n.
Para cumplir con los exigentes requisitos de la producci n en vivo, cada modelo de la Serie T2 3 (T2 Express 3, T2 Pro 3 y T2 Elite 3) cuenta con una CPU m s potente y mayor capacidad de memoria para mejorar la estabilidad y fiabilidad. Dependiendo del formato del contenido, T2 puede aceptar archivos a trav s de uno de sus seis puertos USB 3.0 (dos en la parte delantera y cuatro en la parte posterior) o mediante transferencia de datos a trav s de una red Ethernet Gigabit est ndar. Los broadcasters incluso pueden editar instant neamente un clip grabado en T2 Series 3 usando el software de edici n Edius.
Pete Semerak, vicepresidente de Grass Valley, ha destacado que cuando se trata de producci n en vivo, los broadcasters no pueden darse el lujo de perder el tiempo buscando a tientas sistemas contraintuitivos y voluminosos que al final no entregan contenido de alta calidad de manera r pida y eficiente. T2 Series 3 es flexible, brinda una plataforma SD / HD para la administraci n reproducci n, transmisi n y edici n de contenido, al tiempo que resulta f cil de usar, combinando controles tipo VTR con pantalla t ctil y operaci n de estaciones de trabajo .
Adem s de los controles f ciles de usar, el panel frontal LCD de la Serie 3 muestra im genes de alta calidad que pueden ser administradas y seleccionadas, editadas y recortadas, entregadas y seleccionadas a trav s de un paquete de aplicaciones de software integrado.
