Quantel Pablo Rio takes Seagull Post to new heights of performance and interactivity

Rome-based post-production house, Seagull Post, has recently upgraded its Quantel Pablo 4K and Pablo PA to two of the latest Pablo Rio color correction and finishing systems. Seagull Post is built on 15 years of experience, offering services from scene to screen in 2D and S3D for the film, television and commercials markets. The facility has worked on 3D films including, Com bello far lamore', the television series, Intreatment' for SKY, and documentary film, Giuseppe Tornatore - Every Film My First Film', as well as commercials for Ferrarelle and Salmoiraghi & Vigano.

The first of Seagull's Pablo Rios will be based in its main editing suite together with a Neo grading panel. The second system will work as an assist station for additional subtitling and effects, allowing its main suite to concentrate on purely client-focused work, speeding up the post process as well as providing on-set facilities and deliverables production.

Pablo Rio is Quantel's newly launched color and finishing solution that provides the ultimate productive workflow for 2D and S3D projects. Pablo Rio runs on high performance PC hardware and exploits NVIDIA Maximus multi-GPU technology to deliver true interactivity and maximum productivity.
