Desde la incorporaci n de soporte para m ltiples formatos hasta la capacidad de actualizaci n por software de sus productos o la integraci n de las ltimas tecnolog as HDR para soportar una amplia gama de categor as de contenido y flujos de trabajo, ATEME ha demostrado en este IBC 2016 que siempre est en la vanguardia tecnol gica.
En msterdam hemos podido ver en acci n los codificadores de baja latencia Kyrion, para aplicaciones de contribuci n con codificaci n HEVC en alta definici n a 1080i. El pr ximo noviembre, Ateme ha anunciado que actualizar esta plataforma para dar soporte a HEVC en 1080p. Los codificadores Kyrion est n basados 100% en software y permiten, a trav s de licencias de software comenzar en definici n SD a 4:2:0 en 8 bits, ir incrementado funcionalidades a 4:2:2, subir a 10 bits o pasar a HD, tanto en MPEG 2 como en MPEG 4.
Adem s, seg n el proyecto en el que se implemente, permite bajar el bit rate en tareas de contribuci n de 25 Mbps en H264 a 16Mbps en HEVC.
Titan
En contribuci n, la cabecera convergente Titan cuenta ahora con File, un software de transcodificaci n que admite los cuatro est ndares de HDR que existen: HDR10 (basado en el espacio de color Rec 2020), HLG10 (auspiciado por la BBC brit nica), Technicolor y Dolby Vision.
Tambi n se ha mostrado en IBC el Titan Mux, aplicaci n SW para multiplexaci n estad stica.
Es de rese ar que toda la familia Titan est basada totalmente en software siendo agn stica en cuanto al hardware. Su dise o permite dise ar flujos de trabajo en cabeceras, de principio a fin, en IP, tanto en la nube como en casa del usuario.
Ateme ha suministrado recientemente una plataforma completa OTT en 4K, Titan Live, a un operador de referencia en Espa a cuyos servicios se prueban en un piloto coincidiendo con el inicio de la liga de f tbol.
