The vast plains and rugged beauty of the Free State are about to take centre stage in a new docuseries, Vrystaatbewoners, brought to you by BrightRock and kykNET.

INSIDE VRYSTAATBEWONERS This captivating series delves deep into the lives of the people who call this unique province home. It also showcases their resilience, ingenuity, and unwavering spirit, according to IOL.
From the bustling streets of urban centres to the tranquil expanses of farmland, Vrystaatbewoners paints a vivid picture of life in the Free State.
Each episode is a tribute to the resourcefulness of its residents.

Through the lens of the camera, viewers are invited to explore the rich tapestry of the Free State, where echoes of the past intertwine with the vibrant narratives of present dwellers, according to the Citizen.
VRYSTAATBEWONERS CAST TALENT The series introduces us to a cast of unforgettable characters, each with their own story to tell.
From Joseph Potsane, affectionately known as the pothole killer, who tirelessly works to make the roads safer for all, to Marietjie Crowther, who traded in a career in finance to pursue her passion for cheese-making.
It also featured people like Willem Pretorius, whose art breathes new life into forgotten spaces.
RESILIENCE AND GENEROSITY With every episode, viewers glimpse into the everyday lives of the Vrystaatbewoners. It's a show that may leave many inspired by their resilience and generosity.
Their stories remind us of the beauty of human connection and the importance of community.
