KDDI announced the financial results for the third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2023.

Summary In the third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 31, 2023, consolidated operating revenue increased 4.2% year on year, to 4,182.9 billion. Consolidated operating income was down 3.6%, to 843.4 billion.

Profit for the period attributable to owners of the parent decreased 3.9% year on year, to 532.4 billion.

Q3 YOY income decreased due to the impact of fuel price hikes, etc.

Aim for full-year profit increase by promoting focus areas and cost efficiency in Q4.
