Greetings from Tromaville! Troma Entertainment President and Legendary Director Lloyd Kaufman recently went to Atlanta as a Special Guest at the 2014 Dragon Con, and now hes making his way to Vienna, Austria for the 2014 Slash Film Festival!
On Saturday and Sunday, September 20th and 21st, Lloyd Kaufman will be teaching a very special Masterclass M.Y.O.D.M. event. Lloyd will share his 40 years of experience making movies and offer a highly entertaining crash course on everything from development to post-production and beyond.
Slash Film festival will also be presenting a special double bill screening of The Toxic Avenger and Poultrygeist: Night of the Chicken Dead on September 20th! Established in 1974 by Yale friends Lloyd Kaufman and Michael Herz, Troma Entertainment is one of the longest-running independent movie studios in United States history, and its one of the best-known names in the industry. World famous for movie classics like Kaufmans The Toxic Avenger, Poultrygeist: Night of the Chicken Dead, Class of Nuke em High, Mothers Day and Tromeo & Juliet, Tromas seminal films are now being remade as big-budget mainstream productions by the likes of Brett Ratner, Richard Saperstein, Akiva Goldsman and Steven Pink.
