Matadero, la nueva serie original de Atresmedia Televisi n ha arrancado su rodaje esta semana. Unas grabaciones que se llevar n a cabo ntegramente en localizaciones reales de diferentes puntos de Castilla y Le n y la Comunidad de Madrid.
Producida por Atresmedia Televisi n en colaboraci n con Diagonal TV, se trata de un thriller estructurado en diez episodios con un final cerrado. Una historia en la que la fuerza de sus personajes queda por encima de las tramas. Vecinos de una comarca de Castilla, personas absolutamente normales que ver n c mo circunstancias totalmente inesperadas les lleva a cometer actos hasta llegar a un punto de no retorno.
Un thriller en el que el suspense y los toques de humor negro conformar n la caracter stica atm sfera de esta nueva producci n original del sello Series Atresmedia.
With Matadero, Atresmedia consolida su relaci n con Diagonal TV, productora con la que ya ha trabajado en series como Without identity, Love is forever o The Cathedral of the sea.
Esta producci n contar con un reparto encabezado por Pepe Viyuela, Luc a Quintana, Antonio Garrido, Tito Valverde, Carmen Ru z, Gin s Garc a Mill n, Pep Ambr s y Miguel de Lira.

Synopsis
En un pueblo de Castilla, interminables campos de cereal mecidos por el viento se extienden hasta m s all de donde alcanza la vista. All se encuentra un municipio tranquilo donde se ubica el matadero de Francisco, un empresario que se dedica al procesado de la carne, importa cerdos baratos y de baja calidad desde Portugal para luego venderlos. En el matadero trabaja su cu ado Alfonso, veterinario de profesi n, un hombre d bil y un tanto cobarde que en el fondo est harto de mirar hacia otro lado certificando animales de dudosa calidad y que cualquier otro echar a para atr s.
Y todo por qu ? Alfonso no quiere que su esposa Mar a Jos se entere de un peque o secretillo del pasado que arruinar a su tranquilo matrimonio. Esto permite a Francisco mantener a su cu ado en un chantaje permanente, tapando sus acciones il citas. Lo que desconoce Alfonso es que, adem s de validar esa carne de dudosa procedencia, un determinado n mero de esos animales portugueses transportan droga.
Sin embargo, una situaci n inesperada de ltima hora trastocar la tranquila vida de estos anodinos personajes.
