In der Nacht auf den heutigen Montag, verlieh die Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA) zum 76. Mal die Golden Globe Awards - in diesem Jahr erstmals auch einen Preis f r besondere Verdienste im Bereich Fernsehen, der nach seiner ersten Gewinnerin Carol Burnett Award getauft wurde. Die Schauspielerin Carol Burnett moderierte mit The Carol Burnett Show als erste Frau eine Sketch-Show im US-Fernsehen, wof r sie unter anderem mit f nf Golden Globe Awards und zwei Emmys ausgezeichnet wurde. Jeff Bridges (The Big Lebowski, Crazy Heart) erhielt den Cecil B. DeMille Award f r sein Lebenswerk. Durch den Abend f hrten die beiden Globes-Gewinner Sandra Oh (Grey's Anatomy, Killing Eve) und Andy Samberg (Brooklyn Nine-Nine). Zu den Gewinnern des Abends z hlten Green Book ( Beste Film - Musical oder Kom die , Bester Nebendarsteller f r Mahershala Ali, Bestes Drehbuch ) mit drei und Bohemian Rhapsody ( Bester Film - Drama , Bester Hauptdarsteller - Drama f r Rami Malek) mit zwei Auszeichnungen. Der Netflixfilm Roma durfte sich ebenfalls ber zwei Troph en freuen ( Beste Regie f r Alfonso Cuar n, Bester fremdsprachiger Film ). Bei den TV-Kategorien erhielten The Kominsky Method ( Beste Serie - Kom die/Musical , Bester Serien-Hauptdarsteller - Kom die/Musical f r Michael Douglas) und The Assassination of Gianni Versace: American Crime Story ( Beste Miniserie oder Fernsehfilm , Bester Hauptdarsteller - Miniserie oder Fernsehfilm f r Darren Criss) je zwei Awards.
TNT Serie bertrug die Gala exklusiv im deutschsprachigen Raum und wiederholt die gesamte Verleihung am heutigen Montag, 7. Januar, um 22:35 Uhr.
