Prime Focus London strengthens its Short-Form offering with the appointment of Rachel Mussett and Helen Silver to the Broadcast division
London, 11th February 2013 Prime Focus is strengthening its dedicated short-form service with the appointment of short-form broadcast producer, Rachel Mussett and short-form specialist, Helen Silver.
The dedicated short-form team will service digital broadcasting channels, corporate and e-commerce agencies, managing the entire process for short-form promotional and entertainment pieces from the online conform and grade, through to full audio mix and delivery requirements. A dedicated suite of facilities, including Offline, Smoke, Grading, Audio, Encoding and Delivery services are available.
Rachel will co-ordinate client requirements and will be the main point of contact for short-form client inquiries. With in-depth knowledge of workflows, budgeting and production techniques, she will also be on hand to offer advice to the division's wide-ranging client base. Rachel returns to the Prime Focus Broadcast team after an extended period travelling, having previously worked at Prime Focus for 3 years until 2009. She began her career in post production at Rushes Post in 2003 before joining Prime Focus in 2006.
As a short-form specialist, Helen will work in the production department to oversee the end-to-end production of promos, advertising, corporate communications, trailers and viral projects. Helen joins Prime Focus from Technicolor Post Production where she worked as the key feature trailers producer, dealing principally with Warner Brothers. Her role was to ensure distribution across the European markets for all of the Warner trailers. Prior to this, Helen worked in New York for a boutique VFX company as a Production Assistant, dealing with various broadcast and commercial clients.
