Filmarket Hub announces the projects selected to take part in his pitching PitchboxOnline Filmarket Hub platform is a marketplace online that connects film and TV projects in development with companies in the audiovisual sector.

The online platform Filmarket Hub It has announced the projects selected for the fifth edition of his pitching Pitchbox. The event will be held the next day May 22 in Madrid. As usual, are seven selected projects, which are joined by ten special mentions.

Following the successful format of previous events Pitchbox, the selected projects will have seven minutes to make a pitch for sale with visual support to the invited companies. Once the pitching session will take place a networking with snacks where projects and companies can share impressions and contacts.

Filmarket Hub is a marketplace online that connects film and TV projects in development with companies in the audiovisual sector. It is an initiative that was created in order to give visibility to the best emerging talent and promote agreements to produce new projects. It currently has more than 12,000 users from across Europe and Latin America.

The platform has also organized several events of pitching under the brand name Pitchbox, the last of them was TV Pitchbox, where were presented seven series projects to companies such as Amazon Prime Video Spain and HBO Spain. Last October was also held Sitges Pitchbox 2017, the third edition of the event, in collaboration with the Sitges Film Festival, focused on gender projects and presented by Guillermo de el Toro.

These events have led to numerous cases of success, which include Without end, debut of the brothers Alenda starring Mar a Leon and Javier Rey. The film, which got an agreement from international sales and national distribution with Filmax, has premiered in the last edition of the Festival de M laga, where achieved several awards, among them: ASECAN Award for the best debut and best silver Biznaga actor for the role played by Javier Rey.
