Singer-songwriter Calum Scott has included South African for his Bridges tour and Cape Town is first on the list.

The British singer will be performing at Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens on Wednesday 23 November, followed by Durban at the Botanic Gardens Market Space on Friday 25 November.

His Johannesburg fans will only get to be serenaded by the You Are The Reason' hitmaker at Marks Park in Emmarentia on Saturday 26 November.

BRIDGES TOUR COMES TO SA In May, Calum informed his South African fans that he was excited to bring the Bridges tour to them.

SO HAPPY to announce I'll be bringing my Bridges World Tour to one of my favourite countries, South Africa this November!

The 33-year-old singer-songwriter released his new single If You Ever Change Your Mind in March 2022 from his album, Bridges and with the release of this album, Calum will be sharing some of his new music in South Africa!

Calum has garnered over 7.5 billion total global streams and is now certified platinum or gold in 21 countries and has landed at No. 1 on the iTunes album chart in over 20 countries around the world.

CALUM'S SUCCESFUL SINGLES IN SA According to a released statement, the first single his second album, Biblical was his first new music since his full-length debut Only Human.

Only Human was the result of a long, cathartic song-writing journey. The album has already gone 2 x PLATINUM in South Africa, with single You Are The Reason' reaching 2 X PLATINUM in SA, read the statement.

Filled with deeply personal material, Calum's ability to transform pain into beauty is undeniable, whether he is addressing coming out to his father, unrequited longing, adolescent isolation, or the gratitude he feels toward his sister Jade, who pushed him to sing on stage for the first time and auditioned alongside him on Britain's Got Talent as per the statement.
