En este blog, me gustar a explorar estos dos temas y compartir algunos ejemplos sobre c mo NAGRA est apoyando a nuestros clientes a medida que cristaliza su estrategia de agregaci n de contenidos, adaptan sus servicios y diversifican sus ofertas.
Ya hemos hablado en el pasado de c mo el comportamiento del consumidor ha orquestado un cambio de enfoque para la agregaci n de contenidos, de c mo ha ayudado a remodelar los modelos de negocio tradicionales y, en ltima instancia, de c mo ha aportado beneficios en casi todos los mbitos al impulsar la industria con soluciones basadas en datos y centradas en el comportamiento, dise adas para ofrecer un nuevo nivel de fidelidad a los consumidores. Pero, c mo se pueden llevar a cabo estas soluciones?
Respondiendo a nuestro primer reto, disponer de una soluci n unificada que pueda agregar contenidos y agrupar ofertas es clave para simplificar las operaciones de contenidos. Tambi n puede optimizar los costos y, en ltima instancia, desbloquear nuevo capital. Esto permite a los operadores automatizar el acceso a los contenidos, el descubrimiento y la curaci n a trav s de m ltiples dispositivos. En su reciente blog, mi colega Tim Pearson trat el tema de la agregaci n de contenidos C mo ganar la batalla de la agregaci n de contenidos. Comparti el resultado de un debate con un panel de representantes del sector. Curiosamente, sus comentarios apoyan la opini n de que el descubrimiento de contenidos y el valor de los datos sobre el comportamiento de los abonados son los generadores de valor m s importantes que un agregador de contenidos puede a adir a una propuesta de consumo.
Los operadores llevan tiempo adoptando nuevas tecnolog as para ejecutar nuevas estrategias. Se producen nuevos dolores de cabeza cuando las infraestructuras heredadas empiezan a ser incompatibles con los sistemas y tecnolog as m s recientes. Esto contribuye a nuestro segundo reto: c mo lograr un crecimiento sostenible pero duradero. A menudo, esto significa que los operadores lanzan servicios paralelos para llegar a nuevas audiencias en nuevas plataformas, pero esto puede tener un efecto contrario al objetivo original y crear m s complejidad en lugar de menos. Por otro lado, los beneficios de la diferenciaci n de productos y servicios parecen m s f ciles de obtener cuando se adopta una estrategia de agregaci n de contenidos y servicios, ya que satisfacer la demanda de los consumidores con servicios personalizados y dirigidos aumenta el entusiasmo de los consumidores y los atrae a pasar m s tiempo dentro del ecosistema del operador.
