At the upcoming Cine Gear Expo in Los Angeles,MTI Film will demonstrate end-to-end workflow solutions, based on its groundbreaking Cortex product line, for the latest generation of Sony digital camera systems. The demos will be conducted at the Sony booth (S218) and will feature MTI Film's flagship product, Cortex::Control Dailies and its use for on-set review, dailies processing, media archiving and deliverables production. The 2013 Cine Gear Expo is set for May 31st through June 1st at The Studios at Paramount in Los Angeles.

We have workflows to suit every type of productions from features to sitcoms. More and more productions are eager to use the latest Sony cameras and Cortex allows them to do so with simple, streamlined workflows that can carry them all the way through post.
MTI Film's Cortex product line includes support for Sony's most popular digital cinema cameras, including the F65, F55 and F5 cameras. Support for Sony's recently-released XAVC recording format, used by the F5 and F55 cameras, is included in Cortex::Control Dailies DP, Pro, Studio and Ultimate editions, as well as in Stream, Pro, Studio and Ultimate editions of the transcoding solution Cortex::Convey. Support for Sony RAW and SR Master formats is included in all Cortex editions.
MTI Film will be demonstrating several Cortex products at Cine Gear, including the FREE edition of Cortex::Control Dailies. Also on view will be StreamViewer, the new Cortex app that allows dailies media to be streamed directly to iPad tablets. Available free from the Apple App Store, StreamViewer makes the process of reviewing dailies simple, convenient and faster than ever.
MTI Film staff will be present hand at Cine Gear to offer hands-on demos, provide workflow advice and to answer questions on how Cortex solutions can be applied to the various phases of production and post-production.
