VSNEXPLORER presents its advanced collaborative workflow at BIT Experience 05

VSN has presented at the BIT Experience 2015 prestigious event a workshop dedicated to collaborative work and how MAM/BPM technology can help to improve internal workflows. The company has showed how thanks to VSNEXPLORER it is possible to work remotely and receive archives, and process, edit and send them to continuity.

Aar n L pez, VSN's Chief Operating Officer, and Toni Vilalta, Product Manager, have unveiled everything that VSN's Media & Business Process Management solution can do for audiovisual companies and corporations. Both executives have presented a case study based on a real workflow of production, edition, catalogue and archive of media in cloud, from different locations and multiple collaborators. Attendants have had the change to bear witness of a real case in real time.

This conference has showed how content ingest can be made through IP networks directly to VSNEXPLORER and how the system catalogues the media to make it ready for postproduction. It has also been proven how the system works with NLEs to develop a professional edition and how to consolidate it to make Quality Checks (QCs). Finally, it has been made clear how this files are validated and how, from the first moment, they are ready for being used and edited by the different departments to publish them to second screens and Web, making the content available for the traffic or continuity department from any location.

With this new and advanced concept of collaborative work, VSN has showed at BIT Experience 2015 the huge potential of its solutions to immediately work with files from different locations and workspaces and how the edition and delivery times are dramatically reduced, bringing the best from other IT industries to the transferring of heavy files and optimization of workflows.

This workshop is aimed to explain VSN's revolutionary From End-to-End to Anywhere concept. A concept launched to celebrate the company's 25th Anniversary and to synthesize its technical and technological capacity, together with its experience in providing advanced end-to-end solution specially adapted to each case.
