Das Grimme-Institut hat heute die Anw rter f r den diesj hrigen Grimme-Preis bekannt gegeben und gleich zwei Turner-Produktionen nominiert: Nach den bereits ausgezeichneten TNT Serie Originals Add a Friend (2013), Weinberg (2016) und 4 Blocks (2018) d rfen sich auch das TNT Comedy Original Arthurs Gesetz sowie das von HBO Europe und TNT Serie koproduzierte Drama Hackerville im Wettbewerbsbereich Fiktion Hoffnungen machen. Der Grimme-Preis wird am 5. April in Marl verliehen, die Gewinner werden bereits am 26. Februar bekannt gegeben.

Die sechsteilige Miniserie wurde von TNT Comedy und der good friends Filmproduktions GmbH produziert. Arthurs Gesetz war die erste fiktionale Eigenproduktion f r TNT Comedy und dort im Dezember 2018 zu sehen. Der Schwestersender TNT Serie wiederholt die Comedy Noir ab 7. Februar immer donnerstags ab 20:15 Uhr in Doppelfolgen.
Der Arbeitslose Arthur Ahnepol, gespielt von Jan Josef Liefers, fristet ein trostloses Dasein. Gezeichnet von den Strapazen seiner ungl cklichen Ehe und zu Tode gelangweilt, schmiedet er eines Tages einen riskanten Plan: Seine unausstehliche Gattin (Martina Gedeck) soll unter die Erde gebracht werden. Mit dem Geld aus der Lebensversicherung st nde einem Neustart mit seiner Geliebten nichts mehr im Wege. Doch ein ungeschriebenes Gesetz beherrscht das Leben des Pechvogels: Jedes von Arthur gel ste Problem hat ein weitaus Schlimmeres zur Folge. Und so tritt er eine Lawine desastr ser Ereignisse los.
Martina Gedeck (Das Leben der Anderen) und Nora Tschirner (Keinohrhasen, Tatort) sind neben Liefers (Tatort) in tragenden Rollen zu sehen. Weitere Charaktere verk rpern unter anderem Ronald Kukulies (Weinberg), Cristina do Rego (Pastewka, Doctor's Diary) und Robert Gallinowski (Nackt unter W lfen). Regie f hrte Christian Z bert (Lommbock), als Executive Producer fungieren Moritz von der Groeben und Nataly Kudiabor von good friends sowie auf Senderseite Anke Greifeneder und Hannes Heyelmann. F r die B cher zeichnen Benjamin Gutsche als Headautor sowie Ceylan Yildirim und Sebastian Bleyl verantwortlich, die Kamera bernahm Ngo The Chau.

Das sechsteilige Cybercrime-Drama wurde von HBO Europe und TNT Serie produziert und war die erste internationale Koproduktion beider Sender. Ab 7. Februar zeigt TNT Serie immer donnerstags ab 21:55 Uhr die deutsche TV-Premiere der deutschen Synchronfassung in Doppelfolgen.
Als das Bundeskriminalamt einen Hackerangriff auf eine Gro bank nach Timi oara verfolgen kann, entsendet es die Spezialistin f r Internetkriminalit t, Lisa Metz, in die rum nische Stadt, in der auch ihre Wurzeln liegen. Vor Ort soll sie mit dem Polizisten Adam Sandor und dessen Team zusammenarbeiten, doch der sieht seine eigenen Ermittlungen durch Lisas Ankunft gef hrdet. Zudem wird die Beamtin dort nicht nur mit dem Chaos des modernen Rum nien konfrontiert, sondern auch mit ihrer eigenen Familiengeschichte. Als Lisa und Sandor jedoch auf den Ausnahmeprogrammierer Dark Mole treffen, entwickelt sich aus anf nglichem Misstrauen bald eine gegenseitige Abh ngigkeit zwischen den dreien.
Entwickelt von J rg Winger und Ralph Martin (beide Deutschland 83/86), wird Hackerville von Cristian Mungiu und Tudor Reu von Mobra Film (4 Monate, 3 Wochen und 2 Tage) produziert. Als Executive Producer fungieren unter anderem Johnathan Young (Wataha) von HBO Europe, J rg Winger von UFA Fiction sowie Anke Greifeneder von TNT Serie, Alina David und Silvia Popescu sind Producer von HBO Europe. Die B cher stammen von Lauren iu Rusescu (Good Guys), Daniel Sandu (One Step Behind the Seraphim), Ralph Martin (Deutschland 83) und Steve Bailie (Deutschland 83), Regie f hren Igor Cobileanski (Umbre) und Anca Miruna Lazarescu (Die Reise mit Vater).
