Montr al, le 25 ao t 2021 - l'occasion du 100e anniversaire de la SAQ, Historia pr sentera, le 4 septembre 21 h, le documentaire SAQ : 100 ans d'histoire, produit par Zone3 et r alis par St phane Thibault. Francis Reddy, v ritable passionn d'histoire et amateur de vin et d'eau de vie, raconte la fascinante relation que le Qu bec entretient avec le vin, la bi re et les spiritueux de toutes sortes depuis 100 ans.
L'animateur nous explique ce que le documentaire lui a permis de vivre et de r aliser : Quel beau voyage'' j'ai fait gr ce ce retour dans le temps jusqu' la cr ation de la Commission des liqueurs, en 1921. J'ai ador m'attarder aux 100 ans de la SAQ, qui sont pour moi presqu'un miroir de notre cheminement ici au Qu bec. J'ai toujours prouv un immense plaisir go ter les choses, mais je ne soup onnais pas quel point le go t pouvait tre un magnifique barom tre pour comprendre l' volution d'une soci t . Sant !
La SAQ a jou un r le important dans le d veloppement de notre soci t . Des produits d'importation la production locale, de la bi re au vin et du fort aux cocktails Elle s'est adapt e aux go ts des Qu b cois, mais elle a aussi contribu les former. En compagnie de personnages importants de la SAQ, de l'historien Laurent Turcot, de sommeliers, de sp cialistes du marketing et de producteurs locaux, Francis Reddy pr sente l' volution du mode de vie des gens d'ici et du business de l'alcool travers toutes ces ann es.
