Integrated with Moovit's Helmut for efficient workflow orchestration, the seamless system allows files to be hosted on Backblaze for cloud-based archive and Quantum StorNext for on-premises production storage, tying everything together in a single workflow.

With content created for multiple media platforms from the road and at home, the asset-management solution had to combine streamlined technical asset control with production and collaboration capabilities surpassing traditional, on-premises options. Close integration with Adobe Creative Cloud through Helmut was also crucial to ensure comprehensive project management of all creative deliverables from start to finish.

For a sports entity like the Eagles, speed and precision are essential, and Mimir's use of AI to enrich asset metadata means that assets can be found quickly, regardless of age or location. Furthermore, the elaborate metadata system that is core to Mimir allows control of essential rights management.

The technology, Mimir says, is designed to allow anyone working with video and images to easily find what they need via easy-to-use search with built-in advanced-search options. Users can search for video titles, persons, objects, spoken words, translated spoken words, and any other logged metadata. Search filters can be combined for advanced search.

In addition, new live features enable Mimir to control AWS Elemental Live and help scale down on-premises infrastructure while offering tools that support live transcription, expanding integrated technologies for AI-assisted metadata logging. Tight integration with Adobe Premiere Pro enables users to manage their live schedules for editing projects.
