Lagerl sungen f r die Rotor-Hauptwelle: Asymmetrische Pendelrollenlager f r gesteigerte axiale Tragf higkeit
FAG-Pendelrollenlager sind f r schwerste Beanspruchungen geeignet und k nnen Fluchtungsfehler und Wellenbiegungen ausgleichen. Schaeffler hat diese bew hrte Lagerl sung f r die Lagerung der Rotor-Hauptwelle gem den Kundenanforderungen konsequent weiterentwickelt, um die Robustheit und Gebrauchsdauer weiter zu erh hen. Neben einer optimierten Innengeometrie wurde dank eines asymmetrischen Lager-Designs zudem die axiale Tragf higkeit signifikant gesteigert. Das asymmetrische Pendelrollenlager verf gt ber einen h heren Druckwinkel auf der axial belasteten Lagerreihe und einen flacheren Druckwinkel auf der haupts chlich radial belasteten Lagerreihe. Die asymmetrischen Druckwinkel reduzieren Gleitbewegungen im Antriebsstrang durch eine noch h here axiale Steifigkeit der Lager. Triondur C, eine lamellenartig aufgebaute, amorphe Kohlenwasserstoffschicht, sorgt als Beschichtung der Rollen zus tzlich f r eine Reibungsreduzierung und einen hohen Verschlei schutz bei Mischreibung.
Optimierte Innengeometrie f r h here Robustheit
Die W lzlager zur Lagerung der Rotorwelle sind hochdynamischen Belastungen und Betriebsbedingungen ausgesetzt, denn hier wirken unmittelbar alle Kr fte, die der Wind erzeugt. Schaeffler entwickelt L sungen f r Rotorlagerungen aller Varianten moderner Windkraftanlagen von 220 kW bis zur Multi-Megawatt-Klasse.
Sowohl das klassische FAG-Pendelrollenlager wie auch das asymmetrische Pendelrollenlager zeichnen sich durch eine angepasste Lagerluft, eine enge Schmiegung, profilierte W lzk rper und einen festen Mittelbord aus. Die optimierte Innengeometrie sorgt bei FAG-Pendelrollenlagern insgesamt f r eine Reduzierung von Pressung und Verschlei kennwerten, die Lager-Robustheit erh ht sich.
Die Verwendung eines auf die Welle angepassten Innenrings ist m glich. Dies vereinfacht den professionellen Lagerersatz und hilft, Kosten zu sparen. So kann die Rotorwelle nach einer berarbeitung wiederverwendet werden. Ein zus tzlicher Materialauftrag auf der Welle ist nicht n tig.
Schutz vor White Etching Cracks durch Durotect B
Das Schichtsystem Durotect B, eingesetzt bei der klassischen Lagervariante, vermindert die Gefahr von Schlupfsch den, verbessert das Einlaufverhalten und bietet Schutz vor Korrosion und White Etching Cracks (WEC). Als konsequente Weiterentwicklung konventioneller Br nierschichten verf gt Durotect B ber ein gesteigertes Leistungsverm gen. So traten bei 550.000 mit Durotect B beschichteten, durchgeh rteten Lagern, die innerhalb der letzten zehn Jahre von Schaeffler f r den Einsatz in Windkraftanlagen produziert und geliefert wurden, WEC nur bei weniger als 100 Lagern auf. Das entspricht einer Ausfallquote kleiner 0,02%.
H here Zuverl ssigkeit mit dem Schaeffler Wind-Power-Standard
Schaeffler hat f r seine Windkraftlager der Marken INA und FAG einen Wind-Power-Standard (WPOS) eingef hrt, der den steigenden Anforderungen an die Zuverl ssigkeit von Anlagen und Komponenten in der Windkraft Rechnung tr gt. Mit diesem Standard f r Produkte und Prozesse sichert Schaeffler h chste Qualit t und Zuverl ssigkeit und bietet auch f r die Windkraft Qualit tsma st be, wie sie bereits in der Automobilindustrie oder in der Luft- und Raumfahrt erfolgreich umgesetzt werden. Entsprechende Produkte werden mit der Bezeichnung WPOS gekennzeichnet.
