Schaeffler pr sentiert innovativen elektromechanischen Wankstabilisator
Mit der Serienfertigung des innovativen elektromechanischen Wankstabilisators schl gt Schaeffler ein neues Kapitel in der Fahrwerktechnik auf. Unser System vermeidet die Wankbewegung bzw. das Aufschaukeln des Fahrzeugs bei Kurvenfahrt und leistet somit einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Steigerung des Komforts. Mit dem elektromechanischen Wankstabilisator tr gt Schaeffler zudem dazu bei, Kraftstoffverbrauch und Emissionen gegen ber hydraulischen Systemen zu reduzieren sowie die Montage in Fertigungswerken der Automobilhersteller zu vereinfachen , sagt Dr. Tomas Smetana, Leiter Produktlinie Fahrwerkaktuatoren bei Schaeffler. Beim ersten Serieneinsatz in einer Oberklasse-Limousine wird der elektromechanische Wankstabilisator von Schaeffler mit einer hochdynamischen und pr zisen Regelung in den Systemverbund des Fahrzeugs so integriert, dass er nicht nur die Fahrstabilit t in der Kurve, sondern auch den Fahrkomfort auf schlechten Wegen und die Agilit t deutlich erh ht. Das Resultat ist ein perfekt abgestimmtes Fahrzeug mit maximaler Spreizung zwischen Komfort und Sportlichkeit.
Aktive Anpassung an jede Fahrsituation
Moderne aktive Wankstabilisatoren adaptieren das Fahrwerk an jede Fahrsituation. Ein elektromechanischer Wankstabilisator von Schaeffler setzt sich aus Getriebe, aus Lenkungsmotor mit Elektronik und aus integriertem Drehmomentsensor zusammen. Der Lenkungsmotor mit hoch bersetztem dreistufigem Planetengetriebe verdreht die beiden Stabilisatorh lften gegeneinander und erzeugt so ein Drehmoment, das stabilisierend auf den Fahrzeugaufbau einwirkt. Das Drehmoment wird mit Hilfe eines ber hrungslosen Momentsensors exakt erfasst und f r eine schnelle und pr zise Regelung des Aktuators verwendet.
Zur Steigerung des Komforts verf gt die Schaeffler-L sung dar ber hinaus ber ein innovatives Entkopplungselement aus einem hochfesten und temperaturbest ndigen Elastomer. Damit k nnen geringe St rungen in der Fahrbahn absorbiert werden bzw. die Anzahl der notwendigen Regelungsangriffe auf schlechten Wegen deutlich minimiert werden. Die bertragung von Sto impulsen in die Wankstabilisierung bzw. in Folge in das Fahrwerk wird dadurch reduziert oder sogar komplett verhindert.
Im Gegensatz zu hydraulischen Systemen, die Energie aufgrund der kontinuierlichen Pumpenleistung auch im Stand-by-Betrieb permanent verbrauchen, wird bei der elektromechanischen Wankstabilisierung der elektrische Strom nur bedarfsorientiert abgerufen ( Power-on-Demand ). Denn der Elektromotor nimmt nur dann Leistung auf, wenn sich der Lenkungsmotor verdreht und dabei ein Moment aufbaut. Um das Moment zu halten, m ssen nur die relativ geringen elektrischen Widerstandsverluste ausgeglichen werden.
Zu den Vorteilen der elektromechanischen Wankstabilisierung z hlt eine Verringerung des Treibstoffverbrauchs von bis zu 0,3 l gegen ber Fahrzeugen mit hydraulischen Wankstabilisierungssystemen. Gleichzeitig ergibt sich eine h here Systemdynamik gegen ber Hydraulik sowie ein pr ziseres Lenkverhalten. berdies ist der Einbau in Hybrid- und Elektrofahrzeugen m glich. Die Montage im Werk des Automobilherstellers sowie die Wartung vereinfachen sich deutlich.
Serienanlauf im Werk Schweinfurt
F r den Serienanlauf der elektromechanischen Wankstabilisierung hat Schaeffler an seinem Standort in Schweinfurt komplett neue Fertigungseinrichtungen f r mechatronische Automotivsysteme aufgebaut und dabei gezielt das fertigungstechnische Know-how der Gruppe genutzt. Die Montageanlage ist nach dem Prinzip One-Piece-Flow modular aufgebaut. Weitere Serienanl ufe in den kommenden Jahren k nnen somit problemlos integriert werden.
Alle zu verbauenden Komponenten werden zur Sicherstellung der hohen Anforderungen an Qualit t der elektromechanischen Wankstabilisierung mit Hilfe von MaQS (Manufacturing Quality System) berwacht und dokumentiert. Dadurch ist eine 100-prozentige R ckverfolgbarkeit der einzelnen Komponenten inklusive aller relevanten Produkt- und Montagemerkmale bis zu allen Schaeffler Unterlieferanten m glich. Es handelt sich um ein von Schaeffler im Rahmen der Aktivit ten Industrie 4.0 entwickeltes hochmodernes Fertigungs- und Qualit tsabsicherungssystem.
Weiterentwicklung m glich
F r eine Weiterentwicklung der Wankstabilisierung hat Schaeffler bereits zahlreiche Ideen gesammelt. So ist zum Beispiel der Einsatz von einfacheren, geteilten Stabilisatoren m glich, die bei Geradeausfahrt ge ffnet und nur bei Kurvenfahrt geschlossen werden, um den Komfort auf schlechten Wegen mit geringem Aufwand zu verbessern.
Weitere Entwicklungsans tze betreffen die Vorbereitung f r den Serienstart einer elektromechanischen Wankstabilisierung auf Basis eines 48-V-Teilbordnetzes. Durch die 48V Spannungslage k nnen h here Stellmomente auf das Fahrwerk bertragen werden. Um das Systemgewicht zu reduzieren, sind schlie lich auch Leichtbaul sungen mit Kohlefaser-Elementen denkbar.
Elektromechanische Fahrwerkregelsysteme sind nur ein Entwicklungsansatz, mit dem Schaeffler das Fahrwerk der Zukunft mitgestaltet. bergeordnete Anforderungen zur CO2-Reduzierung erfordern auch in der Fahrwerktechnik, die Potenziale von Leichtbau, Reibungsreduzierung und effizienteren elektromechanischen Aktuatoren zu nutzen. Gleichzeitig gilt es, an L sungen zu arbeiten, die den Komfort und Agilit t des Fahrzeugs in der Zukunft noch weiter steigern sowie das automatisierte Fahren erm glichen. In letzter Konsequenz bedeutet dies f r Schaeffler, das Fahrwerk systemisch mit dem Antrieb gemeinsam zu betrachten und zu entwickeln.
