Uitvlucht to premiere at kykNET Silwerskerm Festival 2015 --

Filmmaker, Regardt van den Bergh s (Faith like Potatoes, Klein Karoo) new feature film, Uitvlucht, which will premiere at the kykNET Silwerskerm Festival on 27 August 2015.
Directed and produced by van den Bergh Uitvlucht is a drama that tells the story of Anna (Clara Joubert van den Bergh), a teacher who, through an extramarital affair, loses everything that matters to her in life. In her heartache she finds a job at a farm school called Uitvlucht in the Eastern Cape. As she is confronted with the choices she made in her life she slowly starts experiencing healing and restoration and learns to forgive herself. With the support of the other teachers and Dok (Stian Bam), a kind-hearted and friendly farmer, she finds the courage to re-build herself and others around her.
Uitvlucht is a story of hope, grace in a desperate situation and love that concurs all.

Uitvlucht will open in movie theatres nationwide on 13 May 2016.
